This Corrections Policy explains how we handle factual errors and significant problems identified in published content.
Reporting an Error
Readers are welcome to report a suspected factual error or outdated statement.

When reporting an error, please include the article title or URL and explain which information appears to be incorrect. Where possible, provide a reliable source that supports the correction.
How We Review Reports
A submitted correction request is reviewed based on the available evidence.
A report does not automatically mean that an article is incorrect. We may compare the disputed statement against reliable sources, official information, research, documentation, or other relevant evidence before deciding whether a change is appropriate.
Where a subject is genuinely uncertain or open to reasonable interpretation, we may clarify the wording rather than present one position as an absolute fact.
Types of Corrections
Corrections may include:
Factual corrections: Changes to demonstrably incorrect information.
Clarifications: Changes made when wording could reasonably cause confusion or give a misleading impression.
Updates: Changes made because information has become outdated or circumstances have changed.
Minor editorial fixes: Spelling, grammar, formatting, or other changes that do not materially affect the meaning of the article.
Significant Corrections
When an important factual error is confirmed, we may revise the affected section of the article and update the article’s revision information where appropriate.
We do not necessarily create a separate announcement for every minor correction.
For substantial changes to an article’s factual content or conclusions, additional context may be added to make the updated information clearer to readers.
Conflicting Information
Some subjects have multiple credible interpretations, changing evidence, or disagreement among reputable sources.
In such cases, a correction may not be appropriate simply because another source presents a different conclusion.
Where meaningful disagreement exists, we aim to reflect the available evidence accurately and avoid presenting disputed information as unquestionably settled.
Outdated Information
If an article becomes outdated because of changes in technology, software, research, services, or other circumstances, we may update or replace the affected information.
In some cases, an older article may be revised substantially rather than removed.
Our Responsibility
Knowledge Source Hub does not guarantee that an article will never contain an error. Our responsibility is to review credible reports, correct confirmed mistakes where appropriate, and improve information when new reliable evidence becomes available.
